Nice to haves for any applicant

Any applicant that speaks several languages is a plus because it improves the understanding we can have with our clients during the sales process. A college education can be beneficial, but is definitely not required. What is most desirable is a certain style and decorum that lends well to both integrity and salesmanship. Experience with government contracts or government work (veterans?) a major plus.

What You’ll Do…..

In general, a summary of the role for the first 45 days on the job would include the following:

  • Become an expert in Battery Monitoring Systems and Battery Management.
  • Help companies mitigate risk and improve the life of their battery systems.
  • Close contracts confidently with new clients while gaining outside business development expertise.
  • Interface with decision makers on a daily basis
  • Participate in ongoing training with a focus on team building and mentorship
