Rail batteries play a crucial role in the rail transit power supply system. Effective monitoring and management of faults and states are essential for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of both the power supply system and rail vehicles. Gerchamp has independently developed and manufactured a distributed city rail transit battery safety management system. This system eliminates the need for manual measurements, providing real-time and precise data. It operates safely and reliably, with simple module installation and convenient maintenance procedures.
Since 2011, subway stations in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and other cities have fully implemented the Gerchamp battery online monitoring system.
Since 2013, the national high-speed railway network (including the Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal High-speed railway lines) has extensively implemented the Gerchamp battery safety monitoring system.
In 2019, at Beijing Daxing International Airport, Gerchamp received recognition from users for its exceptionally high technical standards, reliable product quality, and outstanding service. Gerchamp supplied battery safety monitoring solutions for the airport's large-scale international project, overseeing the monitoring of thousands of batteries.
Catering to Singapore's growing transport needs, the Singapore SBST downtown Line offers a more direct route into the city and enhances connectivity within the CBD area. GERCHAMP provides safety support for the critical backup power supply for the Singapore SBST Downtown Line. Approximately 8511 battery cells are monitored by GERCHAMP BMS.
The Gerchamp CR battery management system is dedicated to intelligent analysis and provides early warnings for vehicle battery safety indicators. Operating on a distributed architecture mode, it can connect to the train communication network through interfaces, enabling remote centralized management of the battery.
